Wait a second, wasn't Shaak Ti killed by Anakin?

No that never happened

Then who did he kill when he entered the Jedi Temple? The way I remember it, Shaak Ti (or another Jedi) came running up to him and wanted to ask him something, but then was killed by his lightsaber.

Sides, when could that have happened with Grievous and Shaak Ti? From what I heard only Anakin and Obi-Wan entered the ship, and Grievous hadn't taken Shaak Ti. The book also doesn't say anything about it.

I do not remember anybody coming up to Anakin except a youngling who was hiding in the council chamber along with others
