Ok, maybe not own one in reality, but there is the next best thing! I found this thing called Jennifer Govenment's Nation States.
Basically, the concept behind it is to create a nation of your choice, with the flag of your choice, and shape it's development by dictating your nation's stance on issues that will arise once, or even twice a day depending on your preferance.
